With local experience of more than 27 years, our customers include the city’s best in class companies in the hospital, hotel, school, restaurant and manufacturing industries. Our services ensure preventive and predictive maintenance, proven full service parts and labor agreements and maximizes On site building operations.
AEi Service started in the fall of 1984 with a desire to succeed and exceed service expectations. As our client base grew our experience expanded into all locations throughout the Chicago region. We carved out our market share and set customer expectations to a higher level of service through our exclusive service maintenance agreements. Through growth and aspirations our focus became even wider spread into the commercial and industrial contract markets where we afford business and institutions exact results with promised profits. We built our reputation with experience, education and hard work. We began servicing national accounts still with the propensity to expand. With the advent of rising energy costs, electronic designs and new refrigerants the HVAC industry accelerated change… and we welcomed that challenge.
Now our range of service has broadened again. Little have we missed while transitioning from the old methods to the new technologies.
