What is the ROI of your energy management systems?

Energy is expensive in Illinois and regions of Indiana as well. In essence, the higher your rate of energy the quicker the pay back can become and ultimate profits. Typically 10 – 20 – 30%. These realities can be explained with a sales engineer in accordance with your specific operation.

Are my compressors covered in my agreement?

Every customer has unique needs. We customize your agreement to what you want.

If I want to out source my maintenance operation to reduce overhead, liability and costs: how long would it take to implement your company?

Once the formalities of paperwork and levels of operation are defined: AEi can place an engineer on premises within 24 hours and full crew within 30 days.

Are cooling towers part of my agreement?

Within each agreement there is a schedule of equipment that is covered in your agreement. We will service, maintain and manage any piece of equipment you have.

How long is the price quoted for my agreement valid?

Because of the fluctuation of material, labor and fuel our proposals are guaranteed for thirty days from the time of presentation.

Can I call for service at any time?

You can call for service whenever that situation arises.

Is refrigerant recovery part of my agreement?

With our full parts and labor agreements refrigerant recovery is included.

How often will my equipment be inspected?

Your agreement is customized for you. Your equipment can be inspected monthly, bi monthly or quarterly. When we quote your equipment it’s based on engineering design, location and historic data.

Does it matter what condition my equipment is in to have a maintenance agreement to cover it?

Your equipment proposal cost is based on brand, age, size, type of coverage and previous maintenance methods. The condition of your equipment is not the actual factor but how it has been or is being maintained.
